Before I found Orange Guard, I searched high and low for a non toxic pest control solution. I thought I found the answers to my dreams when I found Ultrasonic Pest Control devices. I purchased a 5 pack and placed them in close proximity of themselves to concentrate their efforts on our common living space. They were there for a while and I was still getting bugs in the house.
I searched the search engines for "ultrasonic pest control", and found this:
FTC Warns Manufacturers and Retailers of Ultrasonic Pest-control Devices
"Staff of the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Enforcement today announced that they have sent warning letters to more than 60 manufacturers and retailers of ultrasonic pest-control devices, stating that efficacy claims about those products must be supported by scientific evidence. FTC staff reviewed print and catalog advertisements and conducted a "surf" of Internet sites marketing such devices. They found that many of the advertisements make explicit claims about the products' ability to eliminate rodents or repel insects. According to staff, these types of claims may not be in compliance with the FTC Act, which prohibits false and deceptive advertising."

Like yourself I was floored. I could not believe I wasted my money on Ultrasonic Pest Control devices and then found out they "Really" don't work.
This is what led me to Orange Guard. I have tested this product in my own home, and I live in a rural desert environment. If it can handle all the pests like ants, roaches, crickets, spiders and scorpions here, it will kill them in your home too.
